Dr. Aeriel has always had a passion for helping families, especially pregnant women and children. Having experienced pregnancy herself, she understands just how important chiropractic care is for mamas throughout the journey of growing their little one. Dr. Aeriel is a member of International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has spent many hours outside of school learning and practicing different approaches to treating the pregnant and pediatric population. Outside of the office, you can catch Dr. Aeriel strolling through Target with her daughter, attending church, spending time with family, and playing with their Maltipoo, Bentley.

Dr. Grant offers a unique approach utilizing a combination of upper cervical and full spine techniques. He is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and is experienced in caring for the pregnant and pediatric population. Dr. Grant's ultimate goal as a chiropractor is to help his patients achieve health in a way that honors the body’s innate potential. When out of the office, you can catch Dr. Grant playing with his daughter, fishing, and practicing olympic weightlifting.

Elizabeth is the owner of Connections Health and Wellness. She is a licensed massage therapist and lactation consultant. She is excited to share her 25 years of expertise and practice with the North Alabama Community. She has a passion for helping clients achieve a long, satisfying, and pain-free life. Outside of the office, you can find this Cajun gal hanging out with her husband and four kids, walking and hiking with the Alabama Amblers, camping, reading, and eating a lot of gumbo.
